We can also collaborate on a hybrid schedule, seamlessly intertwining both in-person 1-on-1 sessions and online workouts. Even in the virtual realm, I am committed to providing a personalized experience. Utilizing an easy-to-follow app, we can organize check-ins and share videos for technique demonstrations and explanations.
