My Story
As a lifelong surfcoach, I was fortunate to have traveled the world surfing and coaching—an absolute blessing. In 2022, I chose to make North Wales my home, shifting my passion from teaching people to surf to guiding and training individuals toward a higher quality of life through physical movement so you can enjoy the pleasures of surfing or just playing with the kids in the garden, and actually joining in with them.

The roots of this passion trace back to a lifetime of playing football, biking, surfing, and snowboarding without dedicated training. I thought I was invinsable, Hitting my 30s brought a revelation—despite my active lifestyle, my body lacked balance, resulting in injuries. This realization prompted my exploration into yoga, followed by strength and mobility work, what developed now in a passion of getting people through these process aswell to be able to love life to the fullest.
People often ask about my training style. It's true; it differs from the mainstream gym routine. I find joy and excitement in performance rather than admiring a physique in the mirror. I take pleasure in showcasing specific moves, like the Ring Muscle Up or Front Lever, for my own satisfaction, not for anyone else. The journey can be challenging, occasionally frustrating, but mastering a skill brings immense fulfillment. I firmly believe your fitness journey should be enjoyable, not a daunting challenge.
Here's a glimpse into my approach: our sessions will encompass a mix of challenging mobility exercises and calisthenics goals. Calisthenics, essentially bodyweight exercises mixed with more traditional strength exercises like deadlifts and squats. Together we will choose the right track towards our goals, while I'd love to start with a Front Lever, we might kick off with a seemingly mundane exercise. I'm transparent—I'm still working on my Front Lever, but together, with a thoughtfully crafted plan, we'll reach our goals.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about how I work and for trusting in our fitness journey together.
