As Strong Roots PT, I believe that fitness is not an aesthetically focused journey but a journey even an adventure focused on enhancing body awareness and mastering physical movement. The aesthetic benefits are a fantastic bonus, but the real magic lies in the performance and health of the body.
My own fitness expedition started with a love for surfing. Dealing with a few surf-related hiccups led me to discover yoga and eventually dive into the realms of strength and mobility. The more I delved into these practices, the clearer it became: mobility and quality movement are key players in achieving holistic fitness.
Nowadays, you'll find me training calisthenics, yoga, and traditional strength training on my fitness journey. I'm on a mission to share the wisdom I've gained, dedicated to helping clients unlock their full potential.
